People where kind and friendly (thoughtful) If there was something missing for the kids, next day it was there. (great) This happened also in public places as the restaurant Conte Max. It makes you feel special. Therefore I want to thank the family off Paolo who showed what kindness is. The holiday was special, the recommendation was great, the swimming pool was never without a kid and the people where an example to everyone. I never was in Italy. I surely come back, thanks. Roelofs H. » Morag e. england (16/06/2009) The villa was fantastic – exactly as described and in beautiful condition and location. It was perfectly clean and the food (bread, ham etc) on arrival was a fantastic touch. The villa absolutely made the holiday, as it was so relaxing and beautiful we felt no obligation to leave. Indeed there were a couple of days where we did not get past the “hedge”. Paulo was a saviour to me personally when I initially arrived at the local train station (San Giovanni Valdarno) late (22.00hr) on Saturday night and there were no taxi’s either in the train station or apparently in the town. I think there should be specific details regarding travel by train to the villa, on the website as it cannot be expected that everyone will drive there. Had there not been an emergency number for Paulo, I would have been stranded overnight which would have been dangerous as I was a female travelling alone. In particular I think there should be details regarding how to call a taxi including a couple of numbers. If indeed there are NO taxi’s available in the area, this should be made clear. Other than that initial hiccup, the whole week was perfect and Paulo’s assistance, information and delicious food and wine made our holiday in Loro Cuifenna a holiday to remember.
